Azal is an community-based project, and we respect our user's privacy while remaining transparent with our users. We only collect limited data from our users that is absolutely necessary

Who is this information shared with?

We will NEVER sell your data to any third-parties, although we use certain service providers to process your data, such as:

GitHub: utilized for hosting and version control of our website. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or member data is shared with GitHub.
Cloudflare: provides us with cloud services to run Azal's frontend & is employed to enhance the security, performance, availability of our website, provide DDoS mitigation and content delivery acceleration.
JotForm: utilized to handle our data collection (e.g form submissions). All forms are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Tresorit: provides us with cloud storage to store ticket logs, all data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Where is my information stored?

We do not retain any information unless you voluntarily provide us with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when volunteering or opening a ticket in our Discord guild. Any data provided via JotForm is currently stored on their EU servers. While we cannot ensure the deletion of information from Discord's servers, we store ticket logs on third-party Tresorit servers located in Ireland and the Netherlands.

Our website contains links to other third-party websites not owned or managed by Azal. This privacy policy applies to this website only. If you click a link to a third-party website, the privacy policy of that website will apply. We highly recommend that you read the privacy policies of other websites as they may be different from ours.

Azal does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
